The 4032 automatic level is used in 3rd and 4th order levelling and in geodetic control, construction of roads and industrial applications. The usage of automatic compensator speeds up work and and improves accuracy.

The 4032 with PPM-10 parallel plate micrometer may be used in 2nd order levelling or in monitoring structural deformation.
